Here are some common questions our Pet Parents have asked us about Stella & Chewy's Subscription program. If you have a question for a member of our pack that you don't see below, please ask us!

What delivery frequency can I set for my subscription?

You can have your orders renewed and shipped in increments of 1 week, from 1 to 16 weeks. That means if you'd like to receive your order monthly, you would choose a frequency of 4 weeks.

How long before my subscription ends?

Your subscription(s) do not have an end date and will continue for as long as you keep them active.

Can I modify the delivery schedule for my subscription?

Yes! So long as you do so before your renewal ship date, you can pick whatever delivery schedule you'd like. To modify or change your subscription schedule, navigate to the Account Login page and click “Manage subscriptions” at the bottom of the page.

Can I reschedule or skip an upcoming delivery?

Yes! If you do so before your renewal ship date, you can skip or reschedule an upcoming delivery anytime without penalty. To reschedule or skip an upcoming delivery, navigate to the Account Login page and click “Manage subscriptions” at the bottom of the page.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime, without penalty, if you do so before your renewal ship date. To cancel your subscription, navigate to the Account Login page and click “Manage subscriptions” at the bottom of the page. Once logged in, click “Manage this subscription” next to the product you want to cancel. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Cancel subscription.”

Can I set up a subscription without placing an order?

No, not at this time. Subscriptions can only be set up at the time of purchase.

What can I expect for my first subscription order?

When you place your first subscription order, we'll charge your payment method and ship it immediately. Your next order will be shipped based on the frequency you selected from when you placed the original order.

Will you notify me in advance of an upcoming order?

Yes, we'll send you an email alert 3 days before your subscription renewal.

When will my credit card be charged for my subscription order?

As part of your auto-renewal plan, your selected payment method will be charged at 12 AM ET on your scheduled ship date.

Can I make changes to my subscription after I receive a reminder?

Yes. You can modify or cancel your order from when you receive your reminder email until 11:59 PM ET before your designated ship date.

What if I forgot to update my subscription before the cut-off?

To avoid being charged for an order, you must cancel before it is processed, as indicated in the reminder email. Any changes to your subscription must be made before the order is processed; otherwise, they may not take effect until the next delivery. If you do not modify or cancel the order by this deadline, your order will be authorized, and a credit card authorization hold will be placed on your payment method.
