Subscription overview
To access your account and review your subscriptions, click the login button the Stella & Chewy's homepage, or visit stellaandchewys.com/account directly.
If you have an active subscription, it will be displayed in your account overview, as shown in the example below.
View / Manage an existing subscription
Select "Manage this subscription" and you'll have a few options to change:
- Reschedule. This option will let you quickly push a delivery date out 1-2 weeks, or choose to a specific date.
- Swap for a different product. This option makes it easy to swap our your currently subscribed product for a different one.
- Skip. To skip this delivery, select this option. Your next delivery will be determined based on the original interval selected for the subscription. For example, if your delivery was set to weekly (1 week), your next delivery will be scheduled in 2 weeks.
- Size. If additional product sizes are available, you can change that here.
- Quantity. Select the quantity for the subscription.
View upcoming orders
While viewing upcoming orders, you can quickly edit, or skip individual orders, as desired.
How to reschedule a subscription order
To reschedule an order, choose two delay based on your selected interval, or choose a specific date that works for you.
View address and payment details
To manage address, contact information, and payment methods, select Address & payment details on the left menu.
