Subscriptions vs Orders

A subscription refers to a single product with its own specific details — including recipe, size, quantity, and shipping schedule. 

An order is made up of one or more individual subscriptions that are all scheduled to ship together on the same date. 

At Stella & Chewy’s, you can manage each subscription individually to adjust product details, or you can skip or reschedule an entire order depending on your needs.

Subscription overview

To access your account and review your subscriptions, click the person icon in the upper right corner of the Stella & Chewy's homepage, or visit stellaandchewys.com/account directly and login to your account.

If you have an active subscription, it will be displayed in your account overview, as shown in the example below.

My Subscriptions

Select "My Subscriptions" on the left side menu. Then on the right-side menu, select Subscriptions.

A new page will load showing your next order, along with a menu on the right with a link to your subscriptions. Click Subscriptions.

View / Manage an existing subscription

Select a product to view and manage that products subscription options. Each individual product is listed separately. If you have multiple products and need to make changes, be sure to make changes to each individual product.

  • Reschedule. This option will let you quickly push a delivery date out 1-2 weeks or choose to a specific date.
  • Skip. To skip the next delivery for that product only, select this option. Your next delivery will be determined based on the original interval selected for the subscription. For example, if your delivery was set to weekly (1 week), your next delivery will be scheduled in 2 weeks. 
  • Size. If additional product sizes are available, you can change that here.
  • Quantity. Select the quantity for the subscription.
  • Swap for a different product. This option makes it easy to swap our your currently subscribed product for a different one.
  • Cancel subscription. This option will cancel the subscription for that product.

View upcoming orders

While viewing upcoming orders, you can quickly edit, or skip individual orders, as desired.

How to reschedule a subscription order

To reschedule an order, choose two delay based on your selected interval, or choose a specific date that works for you.

View address and payment details 

To manage address, contact information, and payment methods, select Address & payment details on the left menu.
