Our Satisfaction Guarantee and return policy

We stand behind our products with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If your pet doesn't love their Stella & Chewy's food, you have a couple of options depending on where you made your original purchase.

Product purchased from Stella & Chewy's

Please open a case with our Pet Parent Support team, and we will make it right.

Returns are limited to the original purchaser and only one per customer. Refunded amounts exclude the initial or return shipping cost.

Product purchased from an authorized third-party or reseller

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from a third-party or reseller, you may return the unused portion within 14 days of purchase (in its original package, with your receipt) to the original place of purchase for your option of either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the same Stella & Chewy product.
