How much do you charge for shipping?
Orders over $49 and under 20lbs qualify for free shipping across most of the continental US. Orders 20lbs and more will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99.
Orders under $49 will incur a $7.99 shipping fee.
When will I get my delivery?
We work hard to deliver your Stella & Chewy’s orders as quickly as possible and our standard delivery timeline is up to 7 business days. Most Pet Parents receive their order within 3-5 calendar days of placing their order. After placing an order, you can check your Order Status at any time for tracking information.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Deliveries are made 7 days a week. If you are not home, the driver will leave the package at your door or with your doorperson. We do not recommend shipping to a business, as your order may arrive on weekends or outside of business hours. We will not be responsible for orders left unattended for an extended period.
Do you ship internationally, outside of the US?
Unfortunately, we can only ship to the contiguous U.S. at this time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?
Sorry, we are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
