Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards. Our online store also accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

 

How can I get a refund?

If you made a purchase at StellaAndChewys.com

To initiate a return, please email us at help@stellaandchewys.com or chat to us using the live chat on our site and one of our customer care associates will assist you. Unfortunately, we are only able to refund the purchase price for the returned product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

If you purchase from one of our authorized resellers

If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion within 14 days of purchase (in its original package, with your receipt) to the original place of purchase for your option of either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the same Stella & Chewy product. Refunded amounts exclude any initial or return shipping costs, and replacement may require payment of an additional shipping fee. Returns are limited to the original purchaser and only one per customer.
