How can I get a refund?
If you purchased from StellaAndChewys.com:
To initiate a return, please inquire with our Pet Parent Support team. We are only able to refund the purchase price for the returned product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you purchase from one of our authorized resellers:
If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may return the unused portion within 14 days of purchase (in its original package, with your receipt) to the original place of purchase for your option of either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the same Stella & Chewy product. Refunded amounts exclude any initial or return shipping costs, and replacement may require payment of an additional shipping fee. Returns are limited to the original purchaser and only one per customer.
