Can I change my pet's protein after signing up?
Not at launch. Any protein changes will need to be handled manually by our Pet Parent Support team, who can assist by moving you to a new plan.
Does the quiz include a bowl-building feature?
No. At this time, customers will receive one recommended protein and one item form based on their quiz results.
Will the plan fully sustain my dog?
Not by default. Most recommendations begin at a 50% feeding level, which requires supplementation with other food, unless you explicitly select a 100% Dinner Patties feeding option.
Will cats be supported at launch?
No. Cat support is not included at this time.
